Office take up at 415,000 sq. ft. in Q1 2025 which is an uplift of close to 200,000 sq. ft from Q1 2024.
Transaction wise there were 47 deals with an average deal size of just under 9,000 sq. ft.
Reserved stock has just reduced to approx. 820,000 sq. ft. after the Workday announcement in College Square.
