Job Size: New office development: 42,000 sq. ft. with end value in the order of €50 million.
Commentary: QRE appointed as soles advisers to MF properties to deliver a first class Grade A office building in the heart of Dublin City and enhance investment value. QRE managed design team selection process and were part of the advisory team during the design stage. Planning was obtained for a high quality building extending to 42,000 sq. ft. over 7 floors, with 9 car spaces and 52 bicycle spaces. The building will be to LEED Gold Standard and also has the benefit of a Wired Score Platinum Rating. QRE handled all marketing initiatives including 40 page marketing brochure, hoarding, website and Agents Launch event. Scotch House is currently under construction and will be available for tenant fit out in June 2019.
